We are a made-to-order brand, meaning we craft each item for you in our Warsaw atelier. Please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch.

Shipments are free of charge.
Usual delivery time: 7-10 working days.

Shipments outside the EU:
Usual delivery time: 10-15 working days.

Return & Exchange 

As a sustainable made-to-order brand, each item is crafted for you. We are sorry to hear, if your would like to return your item. Please kindly contact our customer service orders@monicanera.com. Please note that we do not offer free returns. 
If you want to do a return or exchange, you should download a template and fill it. Then attach it to return package. To make a return possible, your purchase agreement is necessary. This document was attached to your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
  1. Customer who concludes sales agreement , can depart from this contract within 14 days.
  2. The time for departing from contract starts from receiving the product. Customer should put the statement for Seller’s address via e- mail. The template of the statement is on Seller’s website. Customer can download it at this link Monica Nera Returns Form.
  3. In a case of departing from contract, it is considered as invalid.
  4. Seller is obliged to return a payment within 14 days from receiving the statement. The return includes delivery costs.
  5. If the customer have chosen more expensive delivery system , which was not suggested by Seller, the seller is not obliged to return additional costs.
  6. The customer is obliged to return the product within 14 days from the day, when statement has been sent. Customer should send product to Seller’s address.
  7. Seller has to repay by using the same payment system as a customer, unless customer has agreed for another system, which doesn’t consist any additional costs.
  8. In the case of departing from agreement, customer only pay the direct costs of goods return.
  9. Customer is responsible for decreasing the value of goods , while using it.
  10. Seller does the return of payment by the same payment system as customer chose, unless customer agrees for another payment system, which does not involve any additional costs.
